It’s been less than a month since I planted my Tower Garden with a variety of lettuces, some herbs, swiss chard, green beans, kale, snap peas, and summer squash to name a few, and many of my plants are ready to harvest! I used the arugula and dill in a salad this afternoon for lunch, and will take some of the other lettuces for a salad with dinner tonight.
I can’t impress enough how incredibly easy the Tower Garden makes growing things! I have never done well in the garden, so that something that I have been a part of growing is doing so well is amazing!
