One of my dearest friends and client’s over the years put together this schedule for her housekeeper who works for her family 5 days a week. This amazing woman has 4 kids and a full time career beside of managing her husband on a day to day. She rules the house and makes the most of her schedule playing on the natural talents of the people who work for her. She is an AMAZING manager while at the same time placing value on understanding that her employees make all the difference in her life. She understands how to communicate effectively and play on their skills to RETAIN her employees and her quality of life.
