Stacie, the owner, did an in depth interview with us in our home to come up with a candidate profile that would best fit our household. She has amazing people skills and intuition. She knew what we wanted/needed better then we did. She professionally added a couple of candidates into our interview pool that didn’t fit the profile we requested and these were the candidates we narrowed our selection too. High integrity.
